It alerts us to anyone arriving from the front. It is very user friendly, the App is user friendly with customizable settings and features. We have a second camera upstairs on the kids, which is linked to our Alexa in the kitchen as well. I can turn on the speaker and talk to the kids without having to stop what I'm doing. Very easy to set up! Uses little space on devices, able to be installed on multiple devices so my husband and I both have access! Clear, precise pictures. Get you one or two!

It was so simple to set up, less than 5 minutes and it was already up and running. The picture is crystal clear, you can get motion alerts, talk with the two way speakers. It has live view if you need to check on your kids or animals for the day. My Father in Law left his cell phone at home and I needed to talk to him so I used the two way on this camera, it's amazing. I love knowing my house is secure during the day. You can even hit the siren if you do see someone in your home that shouldn't be and it will scare them away.

This little powerhouse comes tightly packaged to minimize freight and trash after installation. The Ring Indoor Cam permits an installation as a pedestal set up or as a wall mount with one screw. With the app and a scan of the QR code, the set up is a snap. Video quality is excellent both during the day and at night. Since I point mine into my front yard, I was able to adjust the motion zones so it only picks up motion in my yard rather than in the street in front of my house. I’m a big believer in Ring and this device is a winner.

A person need not worry about what condition their product will be in when it arrives.Loading the software app on the cell phone was easy and straight forward as was choosing which camera to use. Taking it anywhere in the house and plugging it in is a big extra. The only difficulty I had was I needed to update my version of Ring to accommodate the new product, Indoor Ring. Excellent picture quality as usual for Ring along with customizing the alarm area, scheduling and a new feature, being able to set off a sirenremotley. I have never seen this i Ring apps before.

The picture quality is amazing and I can view it at any time thanks to the app! It was easy to hang up, and install the app. I was up and running in no time! I can get alerts if there is movement by the door, which is great when I’m gone, because that’s the door my kids use when they come home from School and work. I just really like the fact that I have one more added security device since you never know what could happen. I plan on purchasing more to cover a few more spots in my house!

It is so easy to set up- plug it in, scan a couple of bar codes, connect it to the internet and you're ready to go! The HD video quality is great even when you zoom in from far distances. I love the listening feature and the fact that I can speak to people/family members when I am away from home. It is also good for checking on my dog. The alarm is another nice feature that you hope you will never need, but is nice to have if someone breaks into your home. The camera looks great and is pretty small making it inconspicuous wherever you place it. You will love this camera. I highly recommend it!

Video can be stored to the cloud for a price and it can link up with other cameras and can display on any Alexa video device. It is quite small- smaller than your hand- but has clear images both day and night. If you mount it to a wall instead of using the stand you will need longer screws than they give you and it's usb cable is way too short to mount far from power and seems to be proprietary so you may not be able to get a longer one if needed. But for the price an attractive and very workable device.

Whenever my wife and I leave our kids with babysitters, we feel much more secure knowing that we can check in at any time with Ring's indoor cam. We always let the babysitter know that the camera is there in our lounge room and that it's just for security purposes. Ring's camera is incredibly easy to set up... just plug into power and go. It's easily controllable via the phone app and provides clear picture and sound. We also use it while the family is traveling when nobody is at home. Definitely recommend for those who want security peace of mind.

We have the camera set up to watch our dog. It may seem a little over the top, but with all the deliveries in the neighborhood, it has given us an idea of how she reacts during the day. We have the camera adjusted to not pick up all areas of the room. I like the ability to move the indoor cam. We will use it during the summer to keep an eye on our granddaughter while napping. It is a great product. We are already looking into other Ring items.

It picks up every little movement and is easy to play back. When it’s dark it switches to night vision. I go to work before my teenage daughter gets up to go to school. Sometimes she sleeps in and I have my camera pointing to her door. If she doesn’t get up I turn on the siren. That gets her right up! I’m going to get one for my front porch now. I like that I can snooze the notifications because it really does pick up every movement, even the cat walking by. Great product!

We set up the camera so it was on me while I was connected to recovery machines in our basement. I could wave setting off the motion sensor, during the night. It alerted my husband in our room through an app on his phone. He could talk to me through the camera and he could hear my answers so he knew what I needed. I know this was an unusual use for this, but it worked great and I know it will come in handy for a baby's room, babysitter camera, and security camera as well.

I already have the ring app from other devices, if not just download this. Then scan the QR code from the insert in the box and begin to set up your camera after you mount it where you want it. This was nice to have while on vacation, we were able to check on our home! It gives a wide view so we were able to see most of the main living area downstairs. It was a great clear picture. You can also zoom in and out on the screen if you want. I recommend this camera to use in your home.

Software is very well made. I can open and turn on the live view in seconds. There is no real lag time. Picture is HD. So I can zoom in on my phone and still see things clearly. It is very responsive with all the alerts on motion and sound. And snooze functionality is great to ensure you don't keep getting notifications when you are in the house. I have this camera sitting inside he hous by the doo way home or alert me when someone comes in. And works great. It has few days of free trial for cloud storage of your videos. And hen just $30 per year. I'd recommend

I can go to the store with no worries while my 12 year old is home alone. I love the fact I can check on him as well as see exactly what he's doing. The two way talk function is a big plus. It's literally a 5 minute installation. The HD video is high quality and the Alexa feature is nice. You can mount it to a wall or set it on a shelf. It's small and compact, which makes it hard to spot. It's also a great way to keep an eye on pets.You can't go wrong with this security camera!

I have a great peace of mind now that I can keep my eyes in the living room when I am not in the house. The 1080P video recording and streaming provides a very smooth and crisp video quality. The device setup was very easy and the ring app for the phone is very intuitive and user friendly. I have motion alerts enabled to give me notifications on any motion detection. The two way talk is very handy when conveying any message to family members remotely. Night vision streaming amazingly clear as well. The Ring Indoor Cam is a great addition. It was easy to set up and I got it working quickly. I love that it is 1080 HD video and has two way talk for when we are not a home. No batteries are needed as you just plug it in to one of your indoor outlets. You set it up to your WiFi thru the Ring app -- I like this little camera so much I might just buy a couple of more !

Covers a wide area with very detailed image. Notifications for any movements detected. Love the ability to share camera events with household members. This camera makes me feel safer in my home. I would give 5 stars if saving videos didn’t cost extra.

The two way audio is a big hit in our house , and I love being able to check on my house and dogs while I’m not home. Because they were so easy to use and set up, we decided to add the indoor cam to our Ring 'family'. Even if you don't already have a Ring doorbell, adding this camera is a piece of cake. I was a little worried about setting it up but the instructions were simple and easy to follow. I had the camera set up in minutes. We downloaded the app to our phones and are able to see what is going on at home while we're at work. I love the talk feature which allows me to have a conversation with my kids while I'm at work. The settings also allow for on/off motion sensor and you can activate a siren with the push of a button. I absolutely recommend!

It’s a little harder to get to work 100% if you’re trying to look through a window (we did this temporarily as we needed to check on something) so if you’re intending to use one outside make sure you mount it outside and I would recommend the solar one for outdoors. This has a good picture in the day or night and the view can be moved, you can zoom in, etc. I like that it alerts me and I can also change the settings for sensitivity and recording so it can save on battery life and reduce recoding if you feel it’s too much or vise versa. I would get more of these if I needed them, the app and subscription have also been simple and flawless.

So I invested in a home surveillance cameras. Well as technology does it ages so I upgraded to Ring. And I have had them about 6 months now. 5 cameras total. 3 indoor 2 out. 3 of their smart lightbulbs and I am never disappointed!!! It works great! I have had the pleasure of working hand in hand with our local PD in helping out with a crash investigation because I caught the whole accident on camera. We have also caught some rather .... unexplainable things in our home that can’t seemed to be “de-bunked” I love our Ring cameras, lights and doorbell camera. Now I want that drone camera they keep promising!!!!

It was super easy to install and you download an app to your smartphone to set up your preferences and watch/see your field of view. It has some really great features such as 1080 H video, two way talk and it motion activated. I love to be able to check in on my dogs when I am working and I can even talk to them. Another thing I love is the extra security and peace of mind that it brings. I can check the inside of my home anytime I choose and it even has an alarm. I will be adding more of these cameras as I would like to have the ability to see other parts of my house as well. The feeling of security this camera brings is invaluable!

Boy was I wrong...this little thing is amazing! The app is great. When there is movement, it automatically plays it live and sends a ring through your phone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been reluctant to purchase any kind of surveillance cameras because normally what you see on TV news are very graining images of people. But after easily hooking up this indoor cam and seeing the amazing quality, I am convinced that Ring cameras are just what our home needs to help keep our hard-earned home and property safeguarded. The audio is also amazing and picks up sounds easily on the right setting. I will definitely tell my dad about using Ring cameras for his home.

The app is also very easy to use. I appreciate the feature of recording video when it senses movement. The audio works well when we listen through the app. However, the audio is difficult to understand from where the camera is installed. So, we can hear what the kids say when they are playing, but they can't understand what we say to them when we try to talk to them through the app.
