Le PhoenixM2 est le système de sécurité extérieur ou intérieur idéal pour surveiller votre maison, votre bureau ou votre entreprise, sans contrat ni frais mensuels requis. Ce système de caméras de sécurité est simple à installer, facile à utiliser et ne nécessite pas d'application. Vous n'aurez même pas besoin d'installation professionnelle. Branchez jusqu'à 4 caméras à moins de 450 pi du moniteur pour envoyer des images ininterrompues directement au réseau privé du Phoenix en utilisant la technologie sans fil exclusive GigaXtreme. Elles sont conçues pour être durables, résistantes à la rouille et inviolables. Elle peuvent tout gérer, de la poussière et de la saleté aux températures inférieures à zéro. Rated 5 de 5 de rolade01 par Works perfectly right out of the box I just got my PHOENIXM2 system and was shocked that there wasn’t an instruction manual in the box. So I unboxed everything to find all parts were included as expected and plugged in the monitor and both cameras just to get started. That’s all I needed to do, and that is why there is no need for a thick, paper manual - it just works. It’s important to note that the cameras come paired (per channel) from the factory. Defender made it so user friendly right out of the box. I have since moved the cameras 20 to 30 feet away from the monitor and the wireless signal is strong and clear. I am already thinking of adding another 2 cameras. I highly recommend this product.

They were aggressive and didn't care about the security system, they started trying to get in during the daylight hours also. So I purchased the defender surveillance system, and all attacks have ceased for now... I thought that I needed a pro to install it, but it was very simple, and easy. The picture is very clear, I love the intercom, and the night vision exceeds my expectations. I will be purchasing three additional cameras in the near future to complete my system!

It works for what we need it so I am happy with this purchase. Cons: cant mount from the ceiling, monitor goes out of range from a short distance if too far away from cameras, night vision is good but movement isnt clear and its delayed, cameras are not waterproof and the intercom is mutes if the other person speaks immediately after you, paper manual not included.

Being a live-alone woman nearing the age of 70, I was apprehensive about being able to set it up by myself. I needn't have worried - the instructions were easy to follow and both cameras came pre-paired. Worked great the first time after set-up. Good range of coverage from each camera and nice crisp views. I didn't want to have to pay for Cloud storage nor connect to the internet for viewing, so the SD card is the perfect solution for me. Also, I can have the monitor with me in any room of the house. I'm well pleased with the Defender PhoenixM22C.

The Video quality is great. Installation was a Breeze. Menu was very User-Friendly. Love that I can add User-defined time limits, to Save space on Memory Card. Night vision worked pretty darn good. Sound was Excellent (just don't have LCD too close to cameras, or you'll get noisy-feedback!) I immediately bought the 128-Gb memory, before it even arrived. Well worth the expense, for all of these. I was totally impressed with the Ease of use and Setup. I plan to add two Cameras for the Backyard, also, if I can get them at a good Price.

Rated 5 de 5 de SteveB par Nice features and good picture This replaced an 8 yr old Lorex system that failed. I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the controls. You have the ability to do most things needed from buttons on the front of the unit without going into a menu. You can set sensitivity of the motion detection for each camera. The alarm for motion detection is adjustable and very loud on high. Night vision is very good. We use the two way communications to talk to people that come to our locked front gate. Not a complete security system but a good way to screen people that come to your door without opening the door and to record any activity at your doors / gates.

Rated 5 de 5 de Kerry par 5-star rating Purchased the PhoenixM2 with 2 cameras. Placed both cameras inside a metal-sided pole building about 350 ft from my house where I placed the monitor/receiver. Purpose of the system is to watch my cows during calving season. Easy setup....just attach the antenna & power cord.....ready to go. The signal from camera 1 was good. The camera 2 signal was in & out. I added a 7 ft extension cable to the antenna of camera 2 & extended the antenna to the exterior of the pole building. I now have strong signals & good pictures from both cameras. Even the night pictures are good. Support staff was very helpful. 5-star rating. Kerry 1/26/21

I must say though I had one camera stop working after about 6 months but to my surprise I called defender customer service and spoke to Daniela and she was extremely kind and helpful. She got my return started immediately and I had no troubles during this whole process. I also spoke with Dawna at customer service she also was extremely kind and helpful. So customer service at Defender is A+ in my books. Also my return camera was a brand new camera not a refurbished on I was shocked to realize it was bran new. Thank you Defender customer service for your great and kind service.
