Is this heater recommend for indoor use

No, No, No!!! It's not recommended for indoor use. Use it in the garage with a CO monitor for your own protection! Other than that, it's an excellent and very efficient propane heater.

Hello Royal85, the heater is designed and approved for use as a construction heater under ANS Z83.7 CSA 2.14. Other standards govern the use of fuel gases and heat producing products in specific applications. Your local fire safety authority can advise you about these. - GHP Group Customer Support

I connected the heater to a propane tank in the garage on a cold day and it works great. The blower helps to circulate the heat and I much prefer this setup to the dual "sunflower" propane heater that attaches to the top of the tank.

Takes about an hour to raise the temperature from -10c to 10c. Quite powerful. Keep in mind the following: - It is loud, should be expected as it is forced air. Might be more comfortable wearing hearing protection while it is on - It uses a fair amount of propane. I estimate I went through a 20lb tank running the heater for about 4-5 hours. As noted in the instructions and can be found online, the colder the temperature, the more propane you use - if your tank is low on propane, the heater doesn't output the full capacity. I estimate I had a tank with less than 1/4 gas left in it, and the heater ran without lighting the outer diameter gas nozzles, in other words it wasn't outputting the full 60k BTU, maybe 30k
