Turned my Sump Pump into a Fountain of MiseryI bought a Parts2o check valve to replace an exact model that the flap had worn out after 2 years. The new one was installed and tested. It sheared off under the flap after only 3 weeks. My sump pump was pumping water shooting it into the air and all over the walls. What a mess.

Leaked from newInstalled this no problem in an existing sump pump setup to replace 30 year old valve. Leaked from the start. Had to tighten up the 4 screws holding the body together. After that it worked fine. You'll want to check the body screws before you install it, but be careful. They screw into plastic and could strip easily if overtightened. Price is reasonable considering they supply the 4 clamps. Would have been 5 stars had it not leaked.

Rubbish!!This was professionally installed in a new home. Worked for less than a year!! DO NOT BUY this one or any that look like it - they are likely all made by the same manufacturer in China. I wish that I could subtract stars rather than giving it even one.
