Caractéristiques

Rangez une grande quantité d'aliments congelés grâce à ce congélateur Frigidaire de 15,5 pi³. Il est muni d'un système de refroidissement EvenTemp qui fait circuler de l'air froid en continu dans l'ensemble du congélateur. Le système d'organisation interne est très polyvalent, proposant 5 balconnets pleine largeur, un panier profond et 4 tablettes ajustables. Nul besoin de dégivrer manuellement votre congélateur, puisqu'il est conçu pour éliminer le givre dès que celui-ci se forme. La porte est entourée d'un joint hermétique qui empêche l'air froid de s'échapper du congélateur pour ainsi préserver vos aliments congelés pendant deux jours en cas de panne de courant. Finalement, ce congélateur est équipé d'un témoin lumineux de mise sous tension avec projection sur le plancher et d'une alarme sonore qui vous avertit si la porte est maintenue entrouverte pendant un certain temps, évitant ainsi toute perte d'air froid. Il bénéficie d'une garantie limitée d'un an sur les pièces et la main-d'œuvre.

I live in Toronto I would like to order a medium size freezer on line and get it delivered to my home. Will the delivery team  take it to my basement. The size of freezer should manage the all dorms and 6 steps no problem with door on?

Due to the pandemic caused urgency to stay at home and to only grocery shop when absolutely necessary we decided to purchase a freezer, an upright freezer that would be aesthetically pleasing to the eye due to the location in our open concept condo. We have to say that this upright is not only pleasing to the eye in brush stainless steel but it also works extremely well, keeps the food frozen, is amazingly quiet and the design of both the exterior and the interior are simplification at it's finest. Did I mention frost free? Did I mention the price point was amazing as well? This is one amazing freezer Frigidaire, well done!

Rated 5 de 5 de Allyn par Upright freezer evaluation Alternative to chest style. Takes less floor space, requires less bending to access. Left or right door option is great. Wheels should be larger diameter so when unit sits on linoleum for some time and unit is moved the wheels won't 'push' the flooring and cause buckling and warping. Also the leveling jacks need to be three times the current size for the same reason. As for the overall fit and finish, construction materials and operation rhus unit is efficient, cools quickly, maintains temp without frequent cycling and is really quiet. The LED floor light is really appreciated for those midnight snack attacks. I recommend taking a serious look at this unit.

Quality from start to finish [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is bigger than we originally wanted, but glad we got this one. t is extreamly quiet and keeps everything COLD. This is our first upright, always had a chest freezer. Like this one a lot better, alot easier to keep organized. We have had a lot of Frigidaire products over the years, and this is like the rest, QUALITY was the first thing to go into it. Would recommend this and any of the Frigidaire family products.

It is the most practical freezer ever. Perfect size. You can reach and see the food easily since it isn’t too deep, and at the same time it is big enough to store plenty of food. I used to unpack many of the food packages (the ones that come individually wrapped) in order to fit them in my fridge’s bottom drawer freezer, I don’t have to do that anymore. It has 4 shelves and a basket. And also many in the door. You can decide if you want the door to be opened from the right or left. Pretty convenient feature. So easy to clean too.

Rated 5 de 5 de Adagio par Excellent performance We are really thrilled by the performance of this amazing freezer. It is very very spacious as it doubles the size of our 4-year old chest freezer. We set the temperature dial to the recommended settings and it is cooling like a charm. The most important thing I wanted to mention is that it really saves space compared to chest freezer models. Almost forgot to mention the lights; this gorgeous appliance has a very bright internal light whenever someone opens the door and anther greenish one outside under the front side of the unit to help when it is dark ;)

So when our OLD freezer started to die, I ordered one of these models for our use. I love the fact that it is frost-free (no defrosting!), has a light inside and has a power indicator light underneath. There is plenty of room inside for everything I need to store in there. It also has a door-open alarm, but so far that hasn't been an issue for us with leaving the door open. However, that is a great feature to have! I would highly recommend this freezer!

It's quiet and spacious, holding far more than I anticipated. The recommended temperature setting has done the job no matter how empty or full the freezer is, and there is zero frost buildup on the shelves, walls, or food wrap. I have food stored (properly wrapped) in foil, freezer bags, vacuum bags, and butcher paper, and so far I see nothing that would indicate that "freezer burn" will be an issue. I'm looking forward to many years of reliable service from this Freezer, and definitely give it my endorsement if this is the size unit you're looking for.

I had to set the thermostat higher than the recommended setting to get it to stay at zero degrees. I needed to have electrical work done a week later and the electric was off for less than 8 hours. The temperature in the freezer rose to 40 degrees during that short period of time and I did not access the freezer at any time while the electric work was being performed. The freezer is located in a basement room that stays cool - the temperature in the room is always around 60 degrees. I feel the "2 days" claim to be false or I received a very poorly insulated freezer. I'm on the fence if I would recommend this freezer at this time.
