Does the faucet have the trap seal primer outlet? I assume that is what the 1/4 line is called for priming the floor drain..

It fits perfectly in the space without taking up necessary room. It is a good height without me having to bend over so much since I’m a tall person. I love the slow closing doors that adds that nice touch without the banging when closing any cabinet door. The faucet located in the corner was a great idea because it is raised and out of the way enabling me to bathe my puppy with ease. The price is good, the sink is attractive without the look of “cheapness”. I absolutely Love it!!

We also have a Kangen water machine, and our kitchen sink, with a tight under sink cabinet and granite counter, would have been difficult for connection. I bought this sink for the laundry room- simple to put together and install, and it allowed for easy connections for the water machine. The stainless steel top required a hole saw cut for the water machine faucet- I went through (2) 1 1/2" hole cutters that speak to the quality of the stainless steel. It is working fine for us- exactly what we were seeking.

The stainless steel sink is high quality as it the pull out brushed nickel faucet. It was very easy to assemble although I did make the mistake of not connecting the supply lines and the spray hose connections before mounting the sink to the cabinet. Making those connections once the sink is installed in the cabinet was very difficult and I could not remove the sink as I had used silicone caulk to secure the sink to the cabinet.

FIT AND FINISH: The sink, faucet, and cabinet were pleasing appearance. We especially liked the gooseneck faucet. INSTALLATION: There were no major problems with installation except I found it impossible to get the drain nut to engage the threads after I put the tailpiece on. I finally removed the drain and was able to engage the threads. OPERATION: The single lever valve is easy to operate. The sink drains well, and the stainless steel is easy to clean. SUMMARY: A good deal for the money.

I am very pleased with the product it is quality made front has a gloss finish and is very easy to wipe off. I put counter top on top of cabinet and dropped sink in worked very well. The faucet looks great and works very well (which was getting bad reviews from other people said theirs did not have any pressure). Could not be more satisfied!

This is just the right depth to be a solid utility sink, and still work well for guests, as our laundry is also a half-bath. We love the stainless steel, and the faucet with the hose adaptors. Pro-trump- opt 1 install the faucet and water lines to the spigot lines, BEFORE mounting sink to cabinet. The space is too narrow even with a faucet wrench to tighten the connections once in place.

I had one at the house I lived before and I had to get another one in the new house we just moved into. It has a really big stainless steel sink that you can wash almost anything in. It is a beautiful addition next to my washer and dryer. The cabinet is so big that you can store detergents and softeners out of the way especially the buy one get one free offers along with sponges and so many other things. I love this laundry sink and I know you will also.

Save yourself the heartache and install the faucet BEFORE mounting the sink to the cabinet. You will save yourself a world of pain and have a lot more space to work with. This installed with ease and I love it!
