Rated 5 de 5 de wd8lee par High End [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this closet organizer. The quality is top notch. There was a lot of detail that went in to the design of this product such as the way the accessories hook in to the “arms”. The way it connects is hidden by the cover on top of the arms and it appears seamless. Nice touch. All the pieces are heavy steel. Everything about it screams quality. Even the screws were painted to match the upright pieces. There is a caveat and it is the only thing that I would caution anyone who is thinking of getting this and that is make sure that your closet is the exact size. I got the 6 foot size and found out that my closet was not quite 6 feet wide. It was just short of it by a little over an inch. That meant that I had to cut off the top hanging rail and the rod on which the clothes hang. When I used a pipe cutter to cut the rod, it rounded the end which then made it impossible to insert the end cap. That was not a significant problem as it was on the far end which will never be seen but it is a consideration for those who might find that to be a problem. Another thing to be aware of is the depth of your closet. My closet was probably a little short of the depth requirement. The clothes/coats are actuallly touching the bi-fold doors but they still close. Also, one more thing, make sure that you have someone to help. The hanging rail comes in two pieces and it difficult to get them aligned, connected and level as they are heavy. I did get the basket, solid shelf accessories but did not have the hardware to mount them to the arms so I could not evaluate them. Having said all of that, I would highly recommend this organizer. I have a competitor brand which I will not mention and this organizer is by far much more superior.

Rated 3 de 5 de FickleMom par Amazing Style; Flimsy Parts [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Closet Culture 6-ft Closet Hardware Kit Champagne Nickel is a great color, nice size, and my teenage finds it stylish. The instructions are very difficult to follow and we used the picture on the box instead of the instructions to assemble it. In addition to the kit, there are up to 4 additional pieces to purchase which we did not factor into the budget. The pressed wood shelf additional piece does not fit as nicely as the write shelf; the wire basket takes up a lot of space. Even with drilling the screws into studs, the kit is flimsy and needs more screws than what is included. The price point is much higher than other closet organizers - though they are not as aesthetically pleasing - they are much more affordable. I received this product at no cost in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Unfortunately there were missing parts, no instructions, and the instructions we found online were not straight forward as they were missing key steps. Even the online instruction videos were not helpful as the installers were able to do things that just aren’t possible, such as snapping the rails into place with ease. If you want a custom closet then pay for a custom closet - this one doesn’t come close.

It is a pretty easy way to be able to reconfigure your closet without removing shelves or building new ones. Since you install the “tracks” this enables you to raise/lower shelves, baskets, etc without putting new holes in the drywall or exposing holes created by previous shelving mounts. I do also like the versatility and add-ins that you may purchase as you can even buy shoe racks to match this set. The wire basket feels a little flimsy,however, I suppose it will not break if you place socks or belts etc in the basket. I suppose the manufacturer assumes that nothing very heavy so I’d be put in a closet accessory basket. I own another brand of the same item, so that makes install more simple. I would recommend two people for the installation as it is easier to make sure everything is held in place when mounting. Overall, this is a good product if you are looking for something to install once but to still be able to change things around later with ease. I deduct one star due to the flimsy wire/mesh basket. However, the mounts/hardware itself seem of good quality, and you can easily omit the wire basket from your accessories and just use shelves.

Overall good system, with only one weak link - which happens to be the cheap plastic piece that bears all the load of those fresh duds of yours. It is GONNA break. and it WILL be a pain in the neck to find a replacement part...which is where the author finds himself, currently. Find another system, friend.
