Rated 5 de 5 de Rock Star Liz par solid and easy to assemble After 18 months of collecting random home gym supplies to workout during a pandemic—and leaving a chaotic mess on tne garage floor—I finally decided to get a shelf. This piece by Craftsman is solid and easy to assemble. I read the instructions and understand each shelf holds no more than 250lbs., and that the weight should be evenly distributed. I put the heaviest items on the bottom, and I left off the super heavy kettlebells. The shelf is awesome and even created a nice negative space to lean a card table and our bikes. And yeah, the Christmas tree finally has a home. I’m feeling productive and that is a good feeling.

Very easy and simple to assemble and even though they're plastic they feel very rugged. Also liked the fact that you can connect multiple units with the provided connectors. A couple of tips that made the assembly easier. If you have resistance with the posts inserting in the shelves make sure the shelf end red piece is snug up to the black shelving. Also if you're connecting units a clamp on adjacent posts will help draw the two units together to make inserting the connector easier. Attached several pictures of 3 units connected together and the clamp I used to draw together

Rated 5 de 5 de DataQueen par The Best Shelves Ever I am not good at putting things like this together, and these may very well be the easiest thing to put together that I have ever purchased. Some of the squares where the shelves are put together have a little excess thin plastic in the square, but it is very easy get rid of the excess by ripping it off or pushing it up or down in the square. They recommend using a mallet to put these together and that will help break through the slight overflow also. The also seem very sturdy to me. I initially ordered 2 of these and am so happy with them I just ordered 4 more; 2 more for my basement and 2 for my garage.

It holds 250lb on each shelf which is great, it is compatible with storage units up to the commander 27gal(Item # 44066) and craftsman up to 30gal(Item # 835741). Anything larger and it won't fit vertically in the shelf.. I had to put my outsize shelves on top to get clearance and ended up buying more 27gal in order to repack some of my oddly shaped boxes. Overall, I like the look, the value and the feeling of being organized.

They had features that others seemed to be missing: 1. adjustable feet to help level on an uneven floor; 2. connectors to secure them to other sets (I made a 3x2 set of these things, and they are securely fastened to each other with the parts provided); 3. light and easy to assemble. By myself, I was able to move 6 sets of these downstairs into my garage and assemble them all in about an hour. I had no problems with missing or poorly fitting parts. Yes, a utility knife will be useful to separate parts and shave off the plastic nubbins.

This item was delivered wrapped in what appears to be shrink wrap. The top shelf arrived scratched and marred. There were some pieces of a shelf that was broken off, but apparently contained by the plastic. I didn't discover any of this until I put the top shelf on. The damage to the item does not affect the functionality, which I think is solid and will meet my needs, So I am going to keep it because it's too much of a hassle to dismantle and exchange it. I feel like I received a used product but paid full price. For that reason I'm giving it three stars

Rated 3 de 5 de Homeowninghussy par Nice shelving unit, doesn’t fit standard totes! My complaint isn’t necessarily with the quality, but the design! This was easy for me to put together on my own and only took about 15 minutes. Seems sturdy enough, as well. Unfortunately none of the standard size totes that I own (Sterilite/Rubbermaid Roughneck brands) will fit on the shelves. They are all about 1- 1.5 inches too tall. Poor design in my opinion. Seems like a ploy to get you to purchase Craftsman totes, which I will not do. Make sure you measure your totes before you buy this item. Spending more time now to disassemble and return to store.

Rated 3 de 5 de Todd par Less space than you think I purchased 3 of these for my garage so that I may finally get my mass amounts of Halloween decorations organized. What I didn’t know was that the shelves are very limited in their variation of height. They are either to small for what you need or too tall and waste space. And you lose much of the shelf space to the legs if you put them side by side. The shelves themselves are INCREDIBLY prone to scratches and damage, and just all around feel incredibly flimsy. I returned these shelves and just bought a heavy duty metal shelving unit. It may be heavy and harder to move but I guarantee it will last years and years longer than these shelves.
