Just like to know this snow blade fit with John deer X300R

Posée par: Vu khanh
We have the L140 and it works great.  The YouTube video we watched to put it together had a 300 so it should work for yours.  There’s also a bigger blade you could use on your machine and john Deere has that and parts list on their website.  Don’t plan on much help from instruction booklets with your blade, they’re terrible but together with. Video we eventually got it done.

Lame frontale pour tracteur John Deere D100, 46", jaune est évalué 3.6 de 5 de 17.
Rated 4 de 5 de par Worth The Money I purchased this late winter last year so I didn't get to use it until this winter 2016. Worked great! Snow of 4" and then a 6" depth and worked so well I looked forward to getting snow. I have a long driveway leading to the house and barn with a large parking area at the end. The blade direction ( left, right, center ) works good as long as its greased prior to winter use. Will admit that the lowering of the blade takes some getting use to and can be hard but raising the blade was easy, still better than shoveling by hand. One other thing was a few parts were missing when I brought this home from Lowes. Nothing major, picked up what I needed at locale hardware store.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Its not a blower, its a blade... Ultimately its a good product. Yes, its manual and you have to maneuver and fight with it occasionally but it really does a nice job and makes very quick work of my driveway that is 60x50. Once you get used to it, it works great. Installation took a long time. Its a bit of a project and the instructions aren’t great but there are a few good videos on YouTube that help through the install. So if you aren’t very mechanical, I would have your local John Deere guy do the install for you. After its installed the blade assembly is really easy to remove from the tractor when spring comes and you want to start using it for mowing again. Also, you don’t have to remove the mower deck to use the blade which is a big plus too.

Rated 5 de 5 de par For a manually operated blade, OUTSTANDING! I purchased my John Deere 46” blade in the Fall of 2013 and have used it every year since - it works extremely well!!! Having said that, here are some suggestions that will help it to last longer: 1. Lube the lift shaft/tube with a heavy, dust-free garage door chain or aircraft grease - it will make using it much easier!!! 2. Tighten ALL hardware and check regularly. 3 . Place a counter-weight on the rear, top left edge (as you are facing the blade from the front), as the blade will have a tendancy to drop on the side where the lift mechanism is - I used a long, heavy magnet with a “C” clamp. 4. Purchase a 48” x 4” x 1” piece of PTFE plastic to use as the actual blade (drill holes to fit the bolt pattern at the bottom of the blade) and sandwich between the black bar and the yellow blade - secure with stainless hardware. I allowed about 1 3/4” of PTFE at the bottom (extending below the blade) - this will make your blade last longer, work very quietly(!) and protect surfaces from scratching - and it clears snow better!!! This has lasted 4 winters with little wear! And the added bonus is that if you plow a lot, you will get fantastic bicep development of your left arm!

Rated 5 de 5 de par I have 2 weeks and used it 4 times already I have used it 4 times , in 2 weeks I have no complaints, just spray all of the moving parts with white lithium grease, and everything moves with ease.
Date de publication: 2018-01-17
Rated 3 de 5 de par No instructions, missing HW It took a surprisingly long time to assemble, maybe 2 hours. The fact that there were no instructions and a lot of missing nuts & bolts didn't help. Fortunately, the manual is on the internet. It is working well so far. Changing the angle is a bit difficult, each time I do it I have to get up off the seat just a bit and the tractor wants to shut off.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Poor design The product requires a great deal of upper body strength to raise/lower the blade. The angle-change mechanism sticks and won't release. I've had this for 3+ years and I'm buying something else because it's more physically demanding to use than hand-shoveling!

Rated 5 de 5 de par John Deere 46" snow blade for JD tractor-mower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble and with a little white lithium grease on the moving parts, it worked beautifully removing 14" snow fall with drifts 3 feet.
Date de publication: 2019-05-06
Rated 4 de 5 de par Works well as long as not too much snow I've had this for a few years now and attach it to my D110 lawn mower every autumn. Not to hard to attach once you figure out the easiest way. I leave the lawn mower blades on. You need the chains for the tires but the extra weigh I manage without. The main problem is when you have too much snow or a big pile, the blade folds forward on its springs rather than push the snow. We also have a gravel driveway so it will dig into the gravel sometime and push it onto the lawn. Trick is when there is only a small amount of snow is drive on it to give a good hard base for the runners.
