Our old one was leaving water marks all over glasses, which ended with us hand washing them all, this is no longer an issue. My only complaint would be the design of the silverware basket, but that is only a minor issue and could have been avoided by buying a more expensive model. It is much quieter than our old model as well, which means we don't have to wait until bedtime to start the dishwasher. Overall we have been quite happy with the dishwasher and given the option would've rated between 4 and 5 stars.

Rated 1 de 5 de Fridgidairesucks par Lasted less than 1 year After 10 months, this piece of junk fell apart. The latch went, the control panel totally malfunctioned & now nothing works. We went through our warranty & it’s been a nightmare to deal with. After 2 separate visits by a third party company, with 2 weeks between each visit, we’re now 2 months in with no working dishwasher, apparently waiting for parts. We are likely going to have to get a new one as we can’t go much longer (large family) & they have done nothing to resolve this nor will anyone get back tobus. Save your money & look to a new brand. You get what you pay for & I regret going with fridgidaire. NEVER again.

Rated 3 de 5 de Muller par Ok for the price This dishwasher seems to wash the dishes fine, it’s a bit noisy, more than our previous unit. We only had it for 3 months, now the top rack wheel bushings are broke on one side. It can be an easy fix, but will have to wait for the repair man until next week because it’s still under warranty. The plastic parts look cheap, I hope there is a better option to replace them. In all not a good start for this dishwasher, appliances are not made to last anymore. It was very hard to get to talk to Figidaire and then to a repair company, I could have fixed this issue in 10 minutes if I had the parts, but wasted hours on the phone to talk to a person because it’s still under warranty.

Rated 5 de 5 de Devola par Nice dishwasher [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had it for about 1 month and haven't used it all that much, but I do like it. Quiet when running. Easy to load. I like that the bottom rack can fit so many dishes because of the way the slots are configured. My last one had a piece in the middle that made it hard to put a lot of plates in the bottom. Nice to have a water sprayer specifically for the top rack. The only thing I am not to keen on is that the inside is a deep gray color. My last Frigidaire was white inside and it was easier to see if it needed cleaning. Overall I think for the price I paid this dishwasher is a great deal.

After those first few times, it seems to have improved. There are two problems we have with it - first, it's not the biggest dishwasher, but as it came with the new home, we didn't have any options for customization. The second issue is that the drying is nearly useless. Basically anything that isn't a bowl or plate comes out with a significant amount of water on or in it, including cups, utensils, anything with a lip such as tupperware or bows with rings at the bottom.

The top shelf is smaller, so it doesn’t allow for a number of items like water bottles to be in the top shelf. The older version had parts that moved and switched to better fit everything on the lower shelf. Yes it does clean very well and it is much more quiet. I just wish it was bigger. I also did not like that it didn’t come with the rubber that goes around it and I had to use so many parts from the old dishwasher to put it together. I didn’t realize it wouldn’t come with its own plug. It is an attractive dishwasher, but overall average.

I was a little concerned that it wouldn't do well since after you open the dishwasher after the heat dry cycle there is still water droplets on the sides of the machine. Would it mold? No! Came back today after being away for 3 weeks and everything is dry and fresh smelling inside. The dishes do get dry using the heated dry cycle and leaving overnight. If you try to unload immediately after the cycle, you will need to towel things off a bit. I'm very happy with the cleaning performance, the short wash cycle (an hour), the quietness, the look and the price.

Rated 1 de 5 de Ozzy101510 par Not Impressed Dishwasher came with a new build house by DR Horton so we had no choice in selecting appliances. Dishes come out with a film on them and barely clean (grease left behind on bowls etc). Dishwasher STINKS if you put one dish in it and let it sit for a day, never mind forgetting to turn it on when its fully loaded, the whole kitchen will stink like garbage when you open the door. And the dry function doesn't work at all. Dishes are warm when the cycle is done but dripping wet. Everything has to be dried with a towel. We checked with neighbors who got the same appliance in their homes, same exact problems. Now we all have to call and file complaints. I would never recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
