La nouvelle laveuse à chargement par le haut de Samsung possède une grande capacité de 5,8 pi³ permettant d'effectuer des brassées plus volumineuses tout en réduisant le temps de lessive pour vous faire économiser un temps précieux. Rated 1 de 5 de Windi par An off balance headache! We are usually Samsung appliance fans, all our kitchen appliances as well as televisions are Samsung. We thought it was a no brained when picking out our new washer and dryer. Little did we know we should have kept looking. This washer gets off balance very easy and does not self level at all. It will try to level out buy filling and draining the water several times then flashes a code, usually UR or A? and beeping over and over. I have to try to redistribute the wet clothing evenly, staying at the washer to keep it from cycling through rinse over and over when I just need it to spin correctly. Smaller loads and making sure to evenly distribute the clothes at start does not help. I suggest to save time, money, and your nerves by purchasing a different model and or brand.

I wanted white and detergent dispenser and this fit the criteria. Since it has a window for watching, I realized that the soap (HE) was lying on top of the clothes and never really washed away, no matter how many rinses I chose. Was especially visible on the darker items. This was also true with the deep fill cycle. I use the recommended amt. of soap and have started using even less but results are the same. Very disappointed in product. Recommend to another buyer...no way!

I have a King Sized washable Down Blanket I “attempted” to wash with all the correct settings HOWEVER...when it came time for the rinse/spin it had difficulty “balancing” the blanket out and kept trying until finally the error code of imbalance load came on. Rearranged it by hand verifying it was “balanced” but still couldn’t balance and basically it didn’t want to go further then the beginning rinse/spin cycle. Had to then select the spin/drain option but that didn’t even work. Other then that it cleans everything just fine.

It is much quieter than my old washer & has a nice deep drum that can easily fit a king size comforter. The clear lid is an awesome feature allowing me to gaze at my laundry being washed!

Unbalanced load errors became common until it got progressively worse to the point we couldn’t even get the washer to do a spin cycle with 5-10 small articles of clothing. We replaced the spring rods which did not fully fix the issue (still could not wash bedding, jeans, and towels), and it was okay until 3 months later we can’t do any laundry except for a quick wash spin cycle 2. Not only that, but instead of stopping, the washer will restart a load over and over and over again. This washer has driven us mad. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

I have had this problem the entire 2 years I’ve owned this I would not recommend spending that amount of money for a washer that only works half the time. Not to mention the amount of extra water you use with this water per month, because when it can’t balance a load, it just keeps filling and draining until it can balance itself so my water bill has been double the price ever sense buying this machine.

I knew I wanted no agitator, wash options and a large capacity drum. This is all that and more. The sound is really quiet from across the room and downstairs. It does a great job at cleaning our kids messy clothes and husband’s work clothes without ruining them. I find my clothes holding up instead of being beaten up. It uses less detergent and the multiple rinse and pre-soak options are lovely. I’ve done a bunch of laundry within the first month and our water and electric bill wasn’t much higher than before, which was a nice surprise too.

Our previous washer was a front loader that was difficult to get in and out of that was also outdated. My new Samsung is a whole new world. I love the ability to see the entire inside of the washing drum. It allows all the light to come in and I can easily reach inside, even to the very bottom. That's saying something considering how short I am. I also like that the entire lid is see through. The controls are high tech but so easy to use and understand. You can customize to your heart's desire for the need of each load of laundry. Another great feature is the WaterJet. I've used it several times already and not just for pretreatment. With 3 kids we are doing a lot of laundry with a lot of stains. I've put this machine to the test in just about every way so far from daily life with stains ranging from dried clay mud, food, blood, and various outdoor stains. Every single stain has been removed thus far. I've never had a washing machine that makes the process feel so satisfying and easy. My whole family is loving it, and we have no complaints.

It holds so much! Also, it gets our clothes, linens, towels, etc. so clean. I love all the settings, yet it is not so complicated that a 10 year old can use it without help. It is so quiet. You can't hear it running at all. It is in our house, upstairs over the living room. I would buy it again, and definitely recommend it to a friend. I am so happy we purchased it. I feel like we got so much more for our money than we paid. When does that ever happen with appliances! We love it!

Rated 1 de 5 de Anonyme par Horrible machine: Do Not Buy! this is the non-agitator model, and it's got me pretty agitated! this machine does not get our clothes clean! even with the additional water setting (and how is that efficient??), clothes still do not smell clean, and some dirty stains remain in the fabric. running the extra wash cycle increases the running time to nearly two hours (again, how is that energy efficient?). stick to making smart phones; your washing machines don't make the grade.

Rated 1 de 5 de Tom in Pittsburgh par Does not get all the clothes wet unlike my old washer, this one has a glass lid, so that you can see what is going on. so i watched it do a normal load. not a big load, perhaps on the small side. water came in for the wash cycle. the water did not cover the clothes. ok, maybe the agitation will get it all. nope. i watched until the wash cycle ended. there was one shirt which had a sleeve that never did get wet! there is a "deep fill" option. it does not work on the normal cycle! on cycles where it does work, it is a really deep fill (lots of water). it needs a medium fill option that works with the normal cycle.

Doesn't get clothes clean. they tried to make this machine too smart and ended up with something that doesn't just wash clothes. with big loads the top/middle part of the load sometimes doesn't even get wet by the end of the cycle. any stains or dirty areas that are on the top of the load never end up submerged. this picture was taken towards the end of a normal cycle. the sheets on the top aren't even close to being in water. there's a small spot on top that hasn't had a chance to be washed. i was excited to get a machine that uses less water but when you have to wash something twice it certainly isn't worth it. i have also had issues with the cycles not working correctly. i set a load to spin cycle and it filled the entire tub with water, drained, repeat over and over.

Rated 1 de 5 de Emma par Do not buy! do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. i have had this washing machine for nearly a year now iv’e had many issuses with it. it takes so long to wash, for example it was say 20 minutes but then actually take over 30 minutes. and recently i almost had an issue where it nearly overflowed because it wouldnt stop washing my items. this is a poor washing machine, i do not recommend.

The washer displays it as unbalanced and just goes crazy shaking the whole machine. We make sure it’s balanced put less clothes and still does the same. Not sure how long it will last me.

Rated 1 de 5 de AVFE par Worse Experience with any Appliance we had the worse experience with the samsung top load washer than any other in my 40 years of purchasing appliances. it intermittently would get stuck in a rinse spin cycle. i contacted samsung and they taught me how to reboot the system and recalibrate the machine after i had to take out all the wet clothes and bail all the water out of it. the intermittent problem continued to happen several other times, so a samsung repair man came to look at it. he did not find anything but greased the mounting bearings. the cycle loop happened again. after five months of this aggravation we returned the washer and purchased another brand. we were so happy they took it back.

With limited space our laundry room has a top load was a must but many top loaders just seemed to underperform compared to the front loaders. That was not the case with this! The capacity is amazing. Although it may be a bit deep to get those last items on the bottom its a small price to pay for capacity. The variety of wash settings and the ease of not only understanding them but also using them has been great. The water jet is the absolute best and should be standard on all washers. Its like having a utility sink without actually having one. The tray for detergents and bleach and fabric softeners are clearly marked and easy to use. The washing effectiveness has been amazing. With 4 boys in the house all under 8 years old, we get a lot of very dirty soiled laundry and this has made things much easier. Easy to install and set up. The smart codes are great feature to assess any problems or needed repairs should that occur. Easy to use and understand The sloped design with a glass top looks great. Compact and not bulky. Durable well built design. The "slam proof" lid was a pleasant surprise. My favorite of all though is that you can barely hear this unit when its going. My last one sounded as if a plane was taking of. This one barely has a hum. Love it!

Rated 1 de 5 de SlOmo par Pick a different one i have had this over a year. the design looks nice but there is an inner lip that constantly catches my elbow when moving clothes to the dryer. there is always dirt and marks left on clothes and in the washer so i constantly have to wash clothes twice. it has a self clean mode which seems neat but it is very annoying to have my hot water heater completely drained to clean a washer. when i first got this, i didn't know that it had a self clean mode that had to be used and i was stuck bucket draining the entire washer with my half cleaned clothes in it just so it could self clean. i highly recommend you pick a different one so you don't end up like me stuck with a bad washer

We posted our receiving and unboxing video on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter already. Video of use coming soon. Now on to my personal thoughts. I am usually the type that doesn't like all too many bells and whistles when it comes to my washer *and other appliances to be honest*. I want it to have the basics. This washer has lots of features and we are trying them all out. I do like the large...like huge...capacity. It's quiet. It has features for just about anything you are needing to wash plus you can use either liquid or powder detergent as well as liquid fabric softener and it has a bleach dispenser. Since we use liquid detergent I like that it has a spout to pre-wash so that we can rinse our little cup out. The clothes come out smelling clean. Although the EZ access drum design has improved reachability, it would be reasonable to expect some effort to reach items at the bottom of the drum due to the overall large capacity if you are on the shorter side. All in all we are really happy with the Samsung Top Load Washer.

Rated 1 de 5 de Jennifer G par Worst washer I’ve ever had to deal with!! this thing hasn’t worked properly since day 1 and i could t even return it to lowes! it washes but then doesn’t spin so you have to hit play again on spin only then it goes through like it’s going to spin and does ans then fills with water again. worst tempormental peice of equipment i’ve ever had the horrid displeasure of having to fight with every day to get my laundry out because to top it off the lid locks and won’t open if the laundry is still wet and right now i just have a child’s robe and sheets from him being sick! i’m gonna lose it with this thing!! if i could give negative 1 stars for the money i paid and the hassle i would! whatever you do avoid this thing! it should have been recalled for manufacture defect altogether!!

I honestly recommend them. They are very good respecting the load limit and always taking care with the correct use.

Rated 1 de 5 de Laundryqueen par I will never buy another Samsung Washer worst purchase i ever made. i dislike this machine so much. first off you can't pause the load incase you forgot to put something in it, because if you do all your water and soap drains out and it starts over again. 2nd. my washer from 1986 cleans better then this does. 3rd every load takes at least 1hr or more just to do the wash.. the only plus i can say about it is that the tub is very large and can probably wash a comforter. i will never try it. very very disappointed.

Rated 2 de 5 de Steve par Washer doesn't work consistently this washer has been a problem since almost day 1. it continually thinks that the washer needs to drain and gives me error code 5c. i've done everything short or buying a new washer to fix it... it must have some kind of sensor that detects water and is continuously detecting it... which disables the washer.

The machine continually has an uneven problem, big load, small loads, clothes, bedding. It doesn't matter. It's taking us 5 hours to do 1 load of laundry. The machine doesn't put enough water per load so some clothes come out completely unwashed or little to no wash. We've also been getting stains on our clothes that were'nt there prior to wash. Little spots all over our clothes. Stick with Samsung phones and don't buy this overseas made garbage. It's such a pain in the a__ to replace a washer. Samsung should be ashamed!

The drawer at the back of the inside of the machine takes a bit of getting used to. It is in a nice spot and easy to use. The washer is easier on my plumbing as the pressure does not knock the pipes much. I love all the different cycles and selections on soil levels, temp, and number of rinses. I love that there is a clean cycle for the machine. The signal on the machine is pleasant as well. It does a great job with everything I have washed so far.
