When he feels it with his nose, he knows not to go any farther. It is very flimsy and the tines that push into the ground bend so easily that I am sure they will eventually break off. Since it comes all rolled up, it might be wise to lie it down, unroll it and walk on it to prevent it from rolling up while trying to place it into the ground. It is hard to do with only one person, but it can be done.

Rated 4 de 5 de Just par Cheap, easy, a bit flimsy First my ground was too hard. Then I got it wet and it was two soft. I waited a few hours and the soil was the right consistency. I unrolled an straightened its full length before carefully pushing it into the ground peg by peg (straightened them as I went). I used U-shaped garden stakes every 10ft for extra security, then put extra dirt on top all the way along and patted it down for stability. I did 48 ft and it took about 2 hours. Its not perfectly straight, and I'm not sure I could make it so if I wanted to, but it is doing the job of keeping my medium sized dog out of my plant bed, so I'm happy.

I live on a corner with multiple dogs meandering off the adjacent sidewalk to dig, sniff, do their chores and kick up the bark from my flower beds. I’ve lost multiple plants to this activity, but now with this fencing, the dogs stay on the sidewalk and are digging somewhere else up. I’ve also noticed this fencing seems help slow our resident deer from also walking into my garden to chew the blooms off my bushes. The deer could just step over this fencing, but it seems reluctant probably because it could get its hooves tangled up in the metal fencing.

I placed the green steel garden edging around her flowering beds and have experienced no more trampled down plants. HAPPY WIFE!!
