It's a very nice trash can and is bigger than my current one. I would say it's definitely an improvement on my current one. I like that there is a lid and you can throw away trash without having to touch the lid. There are clips on the sides inside the can to hold onto your trash bags. I really like this feature because my kids tend to pull or rip the bags we put in our current one. This can is made of out plastic which is very easy to clean. The pedal to step on is easy enough for everyone to use.

It's made by Rubbermaid so I know it will be durable and long lasting. It's easy to use and I like the step on feature so my hands never have to touch it. I much prefer this type of trash can to the ones with the electronic sensor that leave you waving your hands wildly over the can hoping it will open. This can is sturdy, simple, and reliable. Fits the kitchen size bags I already had with no problems. The silver accents look nice and the size makes it perfect for the kitchen, garage, office, etc.

It doesn't look like an eye sore in my kitchen. I like that I don't have to lift the lid with my hand to add trash to the bin. All I have to do is step on the tab and the lid opens up. This is a perfect for my kitchen. I like the self closing lid much better than the spin type lids. I like that it comes with the liner locks so that my trash bag doesn't slide down into the trash can. The trash can is very durable and easy to use.

The lid is attached so I don't find it falling off or getting forgotten about somewhere. The step button is great if your hands are full or you just don't want to touch the lid. It also helps with my daughters coordination and balance lol. The pull up arms that pull up on each side to put the bag in or out is my favorite part. You don't end up with your bag full of air and I find I break less bags trying to stretch it over the edges.

It's easy to use, my lid opens all the way when I press the step opener and my bags fit perfectly. I love the inner mechanism for putting the bags on and off, it simply pulls up to allow for easy bag replacement. The bags are bit tight to get on but that's a good thing because I don't like my bags to be loose at the top of the trash can and allow trash to sneak in on the sides outside the bag.

Meaning, the top has a very large "mouth" and the bottom is smaller which means when I press the foot pedal the can moves slightly and I am scared it till tip over. IT HAS NOT tipped over and I have placed the can on a rug for stability(just in case)! Having a large top is great for putting larger items in, no more trying to squeeze something in. So I am thankful for something I didn't even know I would like! The rubber construction is great for clean up and has the "give", so no more dents. And I do love the ability it has to hold the bag in place. I have not had one bag fall down inside the can yet, YES! Overall, as I said I am adjusting to the large top but I am happy with it!

I like to replace them once a year just for sanitary reasons. This is the first time I've ever gotten the same can twice. It's functional, plastic but sturdy, and definitely gets the job done.. without breaking the bank! The top has these two plastic pieces that come up slightly, allowing you to easily fold back garbage bags. This is a definite winner in our house!

I've turned it into my recycling can. With one step you're able to open the lid easily, which helps keep the wastebasket cleaner compared to other lids. There's no spills or trapped trash and this wastebasket even comes with a rim holder. Which keeps the bag in place. The lid is only opened when you need it to be, this helps minimize any trash ordors.
