Caractéristiques

Pour bien purifier et chauffer simultanément toute une pièce, le purificateur d'air chaufferette/ventilateur HEPA Dyson Pure Hot+Cool(MC) va au-delà des tests standard en détectant automatiquement la pollution, en captant les polluants ultrafins et en projetant l'air purifié et chauffé à l'aide de la technologie Air Multiplier(MC). C'est le seul purificateur chaufferette conçu et testé pour accomplir cette tâche. Surveillez la qualité de l'air avec l'application Dyson Link. Celle-ci vous permet aussi de consulter les rapports sur la température, l'humidité et la durée de vie du filtre. At first I thought this was the perfect unit. However, over time I’ve noticed the heating setting can act inconsistently and sometimes not at all. My fault I haven’t submitted a warranty ticket yet. The other issue that has come to bother me is these, including the TP02, rely on a remote. That might be okay is there were a nesting slot or holder for the remote but there isn’t. If you move the unit or misplace the remote the remote becomes another losable thing needing an AirTag. Dyson - if you read these, consider duplicating controls on the unit or providing integral remote nesting on the unit.

It's very quiet even at high fan speeds and when used for heat, warmth is dissipated evenly in a room. There is less need to crank the central heat on since the Dyson does the job quite efficiently. The remote control has a magnet that allows the device to be attached to the Dyson and let me tell you, as someone who loses remote controllers quite often, this is just an awesome idea. With regards to it's ability as an air purifier, I would say that it does the job well. I noticed a decrease with dust along the entertainment center where the Dyson is located. Looking forward to warmer weather when I can use to Dyson to cool me down.

I got rid of my old heater when I got this so I’m out of luck there. Also, the controls are much less responsive now. Before I could adjust fan speed and temp quickly with my physical remote, but the new units need about 4 seconds in between Fan speed adjustments and temperature adjustments. That delay resets any time you hit a button. It’s like the stupid little screen they put in it is delaying everything with a slow processor and slow animations on the screen. Also, even though this thing is like 6 years newer than my old heater, and even though it’s larger, it heats my room about the same, if not less than it did before. The thermometer is just as inaccurate.

I get it but it should have been mentioned prior to my purchase. I have this unit sitting in the middle of my office area and would like to start my day in a warm room. Now I have to go into the cold room. Turn it on and wait for the room to warm. Like I said. I get it but would like to have control over that function. Maybe a security warning on the app would legally release DYSON from any obligation.

I had purchased this model because of the thick wildfire smoke that was making things difficult to breath that past August/September. Happy to report that the inside air quality was around 40 ug/ml³ of 2.5mm particulate matter when the outside was over 250-300 ug/ml³. Lungs were burning before the purchase, and was breathing easier afterwards. I like all the other features as well. The price is a bit expensive, but I have no regrets atm.

When on cool setting, it functions pretty much like the TP04, which I have in my living room. It hasn’t been cold enough yet to rate the heating effectiveness, but the heating seems to be better than other space heaters. The air purifier function seems to be excellent, and the app that comes with it provides great information on what it is sensing. However, no matter what the setting, this model has a constant low-pitched whirring sound, even when the fan is not on. This is in contrast to the TP04 that is completely silent except when the fan is on a high setting. So this is not a good choice for a bedroom unless you are not bothered by constant low-level noise that is not the same as “white” noise.

We use ours both in our bedroom on second floor and in the family room in the basement. It’s not too heavy, but awkward to pick up and carry. We like the auto heat and night settings, but realize that air purifier is of course less effective at the slow speeds. Also the eligibility of the symbols on the remote control could be better but that’s a minor point in an otherwise well designed unit.

Love ability to view app and see how good my air quality is especially now in the height of allergy season. The 5 Stars is for the machine design and performance. But feel I must share that while set-up of the machine also deserves 5 stars, "pairing" the machine took multiple attempts. I've had the same issue with my other Dyson machines and while I know you'll likely say it's a weak signal on my side, I can assure you it is not. I work in the tech industry and having a strong network on my end is vital. So just be warned that you'll need patience in getting the machine paired and that is the only "downside" I can find or point out with this machine!

For that reason, maybe we missed this in the product description but the WiFi connection/Dyson Link on this device is pointless. It appears there has been a new law passed that prohibits controlling heat/cool temperatures from a mobile app, which Dyson points out they are in compliance with if you try to do anything other than turn the fan on/off. Okay, a little inconvenient but it’s okay, I’ll just set the schedule as I have on other Dyson Hot/Cool fans, but that is also not possible due to that compliance. So you can’t really do much from the app except see some data about air quality, switch to “auto” or turn on/off entirely. We wouldn’t have purchased this device had we known about that inconvenience.

You can’t leave this off until you want heat because it could take an hour for the HP07 to warm the room. In addition, you can’t turn the heat on an hour prior to entering the room because the app isn’t allowed to turn on heat. Seems our government won’t let us burn our houses down with space heaters but it’s okay to set leaves on fire and inhale it as long as they are collecting taxes from it.

I’m really happy I did. This thing got me through the San Diego heat wave (no AC) and last winter I used it almost every morning. I love that it is 2 in 1 because I have a small apartment and the design is nice. I’ve had it for a year and I haven’t needed to replace the filter yet (it came with an extra). Five stars!!

It performs great during the session and makes sure the air is purified afterwards. This is our 2nd one purchased so far and I feel like every room needs one! The only drawback is that the heat is exclusively controlled by the remote only. The phone app control is clutch, but you can only turn heat off and not the other way around.

I am sure this physical defect is very uncommon because it doesn't speak of the same quality from other Dyson products that I own. Started with a crackling sound even when the fan is on its lowest setting. I removed both the carbon and glass HEPA filter to see if it is loose but it still made that annoying sound straight from the engine motor. Daytime, the sound is tolerable but when it is night time when the surrounding is free from background noise, the grating sound got worse into a somewhat low pitch whistling as if a piece of paper is stucked on its motor. Toggling it to hot or cold, side or front air vent didn't make any difference. I called it in to have it replaced. It is on its way and hopefully the replacement unit arrives the soonest. The app, product info and customer support was great though.

It has been a couple of weeks we already notice a difference in our air quality which was amazing to us the results. Looking forward to using the heat this winter. I do have high expectations for this winter. Con. The app due to regulations you can’t control the heat. Very small issue but would be nice if I could control heat via app.

My biggest complaint is that the device often starts whining at a very high pitch a few times a day. It is very loud and noticeable. I’ve followed Dyson support articles which basically instruct you to unplug the device, and wait several minutes before attempting to power the device back on. While this usually works, it happens very very frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having already owned a Pure Hot+Cool Link fan, the new Purifier Hot+Cool is the next level of Dyson fans. The fan is larger & cool air really travels throughout the room, making 80+ degree days comfortable. I'm able to see both fans in the Dyson Link app. For the Purifier Hot+Cool, the Dyson Link app has explanations & charts for all of the pollutants being monitored. Well done, Dyson!

The app lets you control it from your phone so you can control it without even moving from your position in bed. It’s insanely quiet, it’s sooooo great at heating up my freezing room in the basement almost instantly, and I don’t often use the cooling feature since my room is so cold but I have once and it was super effective and emitted very cold air. It’s just so wonderful and state of the art.

There is a heating function which is thermostatically controlled and works well, and the display screen is good, but unfortunately if your main reason for purchase is to provide cooling airflow you will be disappointed as it does no more than a basic desktop fan

The air flow is very powerful, yet quiet. Two new features on this model enhance the product’s function. First, you can adjust how much the unit rotates - allowing narrow or wider room coverage if needed (up to 180 degrees). Secondly, this model allows you to ventilate by having the air blown away from the unit. This is very useful when you don’t want the air flow to disrupt what you are doing (e.g., to avoid a pile of papers on a desk getting blown around). I think this will be more useful in the winter when you want heat. One negative is that the Dyson app cannot set auto temperature for heating. You actually have to get up to set the auto temperature using the remote control. Overall, highly recommend this.

The air is obviously cleaner, dark room, flashlight... no dust particles floating in the air. Dusted rooms, 4 days later no dust on furniture. If there was an update feature, I would post updates. I demand a lot from manufacturers and service providers; ie : accurately and honestly portraying product. So far, I am IMPRESSED.

I spend a lot of time in our primary bedroom and I have a stuffy and runny nose. and each time I leave the primary bedroom everything clears up. This has been going on for years and my ENT prescribed two nasal sprays. My husband purchased the Dyson - Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ HP07 and after one day of using it I noticed a big difference. We have had it for approximately 6 weeks now and I can’t imagine not having it. Love it!

It works well, is quiet, and looks beautiful. I'm taking off one star because the fan is good if it's not too hot but if it is hot, it doesn't do much. When I saw the unit in the Dyson showroom, it seemed to be blowing cold air, but I think that's because the air conditioning was blasting in the store.

Even with a new furnace I wanted more and I love Dyson products so I got it for my birthday. What I didn’t know until I had it is how bad my allergies are. I can now breathe through both nostrils very well. Everyone who is in my house for 2 hours will mention my air quality because they noticed they can breath better all of a sudden. It’s life changing.

It comes on, heats up her room, purifies the air, all good. But model has no app support (accept to turn on the cool function). You would think Dyson would make this model compliant with US code to use the app (like the HP04) but they don't. Super sad and disappointing. I'll be returning mine.

As of this writing, we are in the dog days of summer and I have been able to cool my den effectively. Also since my wife likes to keep the house cold enough to hang meat, I’m able to offset the chilly temperature by using the heat feature on the device and not have to walk around with a hoodie. I read some reviews before purchasing the device and some people took exception to the fact the Dyson app does not support the heat option. To be honest, it was not a deal breaker. The only criticism I have is the remote control. It may be worth it to have raised and or illuminated keys, because in subdued lighting it is diffcult to see the buttons. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a heater + fan + air purifier in one device.

So yesterday it stopped working and has the exclamation mark with a triangle around it. I tried resetting but it won't stay on long enough. Unplugging it and plugging back in. For the price you pay... Only 3 years of use is crap in my opinion. Warranty is only 2 years. I won't be buying Dyson products ever again.

It is efficient, quiet, and the space has never been so comfortable. We have also brought it upstairs on warm evenings to quickly cool a bedroom for sleeping. It does both jobs efficiently, quietly, and with a sleek, attractive aesthetic. Would highly recommend and we may buy another!

I’m actually using this in my basement (man cave) and as many of you know sometimes basement’s can smell musty, since buying this no more musty smell and when I use the basement it is usually around 59-60 degrees and the heater warms up the large area in under 20 minutes. It also looks good, the only reason for 4 stars because of the $$$.

The air sensing identifies, pm 2.5, pm 10, VOCs, NO2, temp, humidity. Oscillating can be set from 45-350 degrees. Selectable heat temp, cooling ability, reverse air, so many features and very efficient. Easy to use, great design as are all of the Dyson products I own. Thank you Dyson!
