Looks Great, Works Great
- Beautiful Finish, Counter-Depth Looks Great
- Inside is well lit everywhere
- Ice Maker Works Reliably
- Keurig Feature Works
- Drawers are cheap plastic
- Too much shelf depth on door, rather have extra in fridge
- Door with Ice maker is heavy
- I personally don't find the refrigerator noisy. I can hear it, but it's quieter than all my other home appliances.
- Keurig takes approximately 3min 45sec to heat up. Some people have complained that is too long, we personally don't have an issue with it. Nice to get rid of Keurig and have extra counter space.
- So far the indoor ice maker has worked reliably. Can't say that of our previous Frigidaire or my friend's Samsung.

Better than expected!
So we needed a new fridge for our new house; I really could care less about features but for the wife- this one met all of her needs. So I'm thinking, "What the heck! A Kurig thing in the door? When will I ever use this?" The answer: every single day! I bought eco friendly biodegradable coffee things to put in the Kurig thing in the door. There is an app that I set to have the hot water ready when I wake up in the morning. How crazy is that! So it keeps everything cold and frozen and makes ice and has water in the door; but hot coffee? Are you kidding me? We've had the unit for just about eight weeks and I LOVE IT?

Love this Fridge!
We did a complete kitchen remodel, and this fridge is a focal point as it sits at the end of our island. It looks great as the slate color contrasts the lighter colors we chose for cabinets, tile, & countertops. We have small children so it’s also important that fingerprints do not show. As for functionality, I love how bright the fridge lights are. Even though it’s counter depth, it seems very spacious and meets all our storage needs. The only possible negative is I feel that the ice maker disperses ice in a way that you need to position any non-large cups perfectly to avoid cubes from bouncing off your cup and hitting the floor. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

Ok but the keurig leaks
We bought this and got rid our Keurig because we thought it would save counter space. Now I wish we had our old keurig because the one one on the refrigerator spits out wanted and leaks all over our floor all of the time! It's very annoying. All of the other aspects of the fridge are great but we got the fridge specifically because of the keurig on it and it doesn't work the way it should. Plus it takes forever to heat up and if you don't use the water the second it hits 100% meaning ready it times out on you and you have to start over again and reheat the water.

Lots of Room
I have had a side by side refrigerator for 20 years but we just bought this frig and there is more room than even though it is a counter depth. Love it. The Kuerig is an extra plus.

Great Features but Issues
I love the features of the fridge, We specifically purchased this line of products for the features. However, there are issues with these products as well. The stainless scratches ridiculously easily - and smudges even easier. Cleaning products leave a film on this - even those made for stainless and show streaks. I've tried many different products, all with the same outcome. The drawer space for produce is incredibly small, while the drawer underneath is incredibly huge. How much meat would I be defrosting at once or deli meats would a normal family have on hand, compared to fruits and vegetables - no logic to this.

I bought this frig about 4 months ago and I love the Keurig coffee system. It’s a tad slow to heat up, but just have to be patient. The refrigerator portion is very open and spacious. The shelves on the left are narrow and not super useful except for narrow bottles such as salad dressing or soy sauce, so don’t love that. The bottom area (freezer) is pretty spacious too. I wasn’t sure I would love the shelve system in the freezer, but I do. (I had a side by side before.). My past frig produced more ice than this one, so haven’t been able to test how much use it produces to say fill up a cooler. So far very pleased. I hope this one lasts as long as my last GE (15 years).

Generally good with some annoyances
It is a good-looking refrigerator, works well. The built-in Keurig is a nice feature.
1. Sometimes, for whatever reasons, the 'coffee brewing' controller got stuck and it does not work (The container is locked, you cannot pull out and the 'Heat water' selector encounters an error when pushed). We have not figured out how to reset it without a hard restart (unplug power).
2. The freezer has a drawer and often times, the wheels get off the track and you cannot pull the drawer out. You have to re-position the wheels and the drawer on the track over and over again. I think it's a design flaw.
