After scanning other peoples complaints i seen that mine matched right up. The problem is that Samsung has a feature called EZ-Open™ Handle. this works great when it works.. but when it fails, its horrible. The product engineers used a plastic hinge in this EZ-open system. This plastic hinge will last a few years then one day... snap... Think of all that weight in the freezer.. its being pulled back and forth on plastic hinges. here comes the horrible part. Unlike the older models there is no surface plate to access these plastic hinges. Everything is built as a unit. I contacted Samsung directly and they responded with " the part you need is only available as an assembly with the door." price - $398.00 Would you spend the 400 and wait for the plastic hinges to break once again? So now im stuck with a 3 year old fridge with a broken freezer handle.. by the way the warranty is one year limited.

I’ve had someone in to “fix” it twice, but every couple of months, I have to unplug it to clear all of the ice that is behind the backing. Hundreds of dollars of wasted food! Why are so many people having issues with Samsung fridges?! I don’t even have the ice maker or water hooked up. Those that do have even worse ice buildup than I do. Stop selling Samsung! It’s a garbage product!

Rated 1 de 5 de Toni par Samsung should not make home Appliances Lest start with i have a Samsung cell tablet my family have the same and i like them silly me i went out and got a 3-Door French Door Refrigerator (Stainless Steel) i had to call about three times to come and fix it because it leak into the trays and freezer now i have to go i the bottom of the freezer every week to look for gold but all i keep getting is ice. with the refrigerator i can not put any thing to close to the back because it freeze in the refrigerator. i have samsung stove washer and dryer too. i am not a fan of digging for ice every week if i do not get to it in time it leak outside the freezer then i have to dig for ice under the fruit and veggie tray as well. i am begin to hate any thing Samsung.

Rated 1 de 5 de Grimsby par Endless problems I bought this fridge with the ice maker option 2 years ago. The ice maker worked for about a year. Now it gets jammed up constantly and stops working. You need to chip away the ice buildup and say a prayer and sometimes it starts working again for a few days. Sometimes it doesn't. More recently it has stopped cooling altogether and we had to throw out everything in the fridge and thaw the entire unit for 2 days. Fingers crossed it'll work again but it's more likely that this is a $2000 mistake that I'm going to have to accept and move on.

Rated 5 de 5 de MDinVan par Great no-frills giant fridge I was looking for a no-frills fridge with solid performance. I had settled on a model from another company, but the pandemic kept delaying the shipment. With my occupancy date approaching, my appliance store called to offer this new Samsung they had in stock. I am so glad they did. I love the thing! It is totally no-frills. You get an ice-maker and that's it. The positives: - All-around cooling is not a gimmick - it really works! The result is that items towards the front of the fridge end up being significantly colder than you expect them to in a regular fridge, so you need to adjust for that. - Fantastic freezer performance. It really freezes stuff solid, and keeps it that way. Strong seal, easy to open. - S - P - A - C - E! You will never, ever run out of it. - Quiet! Some reviews of its sister models mentioned weird noises, so I was a bit concerned. I shouldn't have worried - this thing is as quiet as they come. - Sleek looking, finished to perfection, easy to clean. The only negative I can think of is that space organization could be better. I would have liked a pantry drawer. Samsung offers it in the more upscale models, but you also need to get some of the extra features that eat up space (water dispenser, built-in pitcher), and it was not in stock in my location anyways. Also, the vegetable and bins are really, really deep. They will swallow anything you throw in them, but this also means you will find yourself rummaging around to get to that item on the bottom. And the shelves could use an additional height adjustment. There is no way to get a one gallon jug of milk standing on the main shelves (but the left door holds up to two of them). All in all, I am very pleased with this fridge. If you find it on sale (which it seems to constantly be on) it offers remarkable value for money.

My Fridge flash red that its time to replace the filter bur there is no place that I could find in the fridge that could look like a filter. Anyone can help ??
