Réfrigérateur côte-à-côte KitchenAid encastré, 29,5 pi³, inox est évalué 4.6 de 5 de 177.
Rated 5 de 5 de par Sharp look! I had this installed in our new house 2 months ago and love it. It is sharp and sleek looking and we've had no issues. The water dispenser is very helpful when it reads how many ounces are going into your cup. I also love that one person can use the ice and water feature while the fridge side can still be opened. This was not a feature of our last 2 refrigerators. The freezer space isn't substantial as the water and ice machine do take up room but the fridge side is ample. Another thing I love is that the stainless steel hardly leaves any fingerprints! Handy when you have 4 little kids. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 4 de 5 de par Beautiful fridge I've had this refrigerator for about a month now. It's very nice looking and I like the way it's laid out inside. Lots of shelves and holds a lot of food. Very quite. Makes great ice. The crushed ice feature takes a few seconds to dispense crushed ice. You always get 2-4 whole cubes first. Not a huge problem though for us. You can also crab ice out of the bin inside the freezer. The bin is open in the top so it's easy to access. There is some frost forming above the top shelf where the ice is ejected into the ice bin. In all fairness I have not had time to address that so it could be user error. We have several renovations going on so frost is not a huge priority at the moment.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Sleek Beauty This refrigerator was purchased to replace a 22 year old Thermador that actually had cabinet panels on the front....I was worried that I might not like the new one as much. BUT I love it!!! It is a sleek beauty! It makes my kitchen look so modern and a bit industrial. It is extremely quiet. Love that it has an electronic type eye that lets the ice maker know that the bin is full so I don't have to do that myself. The LED lights eliminate so well...the food keeps wonderfully. Just live everything about this product!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 de 5 de par Warning: Kitchenaid Customer Service is Poor I purchased this Kitchenaid Built In Refrigerator six years ago and while it is a nice refrigerator overall, the customer service is abysmal. A few months after moving into our new home, the ice maker stopped working. We called for service and a technician made a repair. A few months later, the ice maker stopped working and once again, the technician came out and made another repair. This pattern was repeated no less than eight (8) times! By about the fourth time, the technician was consulting with the Kitchenaid technical person, and between the two of them were recommending repairs. Over the course of the 8 repairs, they had replaced the water tube heater several times, valves, covers, and even the main control circuit board. And yet again, the ice maker failed. In retrospect and after talking with the local technicians that were relaying information from the Kitchenaid technicians, the problem is very simple. First, the heater in the water tube that fills the ice tray has been failing. Instead of turning on and off, it runs all the time. After a few months, it fails after continuous operation and then the ice line freezes up. After countless hours of visits and thousands of dollars of lost work and repair bills, I've had about enough. I called Kitchenaid one last time because I am about to design a solution that will work. I just wanted to give Kitchenaid and their technicians one last opportunity to deliver a workable solution to the problem that their product is creating. This is not the Space Shuttle, it's a simple appliance with a simple need to keep a water line from freezing up. The associated parts are simple. Something as simple as wiring in a manual switch so that I can control the heater would solve the problem. I can wire that in about ten minutes and if I want to get really fancy, I can use the connectors they use and not even have to splice any wire. All I wanted is for a person with technical expertise to listen to ME, to let ME explain what's been going on from the beginning and to review my thoughts and hopefully propose a solution. It would have taken less than five minutes. As disappointed as I was that their product was failing, I was even more disappointed that their customer service was unwilling and unable to think through the issue and help develop a reasonable outcome. The customer service rep had a single track response...."We need to have a local service technician come to your house to figure out what's going on". Both the rep and the supervisor stuck to this line of thinking and would not budge. I tried to illustrate the point that we don't need further diagnoses, we have plenty of evidence as to what's going on. But she insisted that I should take another day off of work for the initial visit and at least another additional day for the repair and that somehow the ninth attempt would be successful. If makes me wonder if I went along with it, how many times Kitchenaid would allow this process to continue without changing something (By the way, Einstein once said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result") My lost work alone would have more than paid for this refrigerator (or better yet, would have let me go purchase a Sub-Zero!) Like so many others on the Kitchenaid blogs, I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kitchenaid customer service. My experience should give everyone great pause who is considering buying a Kitchenaid, Maytag, Whirlpool, or Jennair. Be very careful before investing your money in a company that demonstrates this sort of corporate culture. I've been inside organizations like this and organizations that function well and I can assure you, you will be much better off having relationships with the latter rather than the former. Don't be fooled by marketing or sales pitches. The products you purchase are remarkably similar and are usually constructed from the same suppliers (steel, insulation, lines, circuit boards, hinges, etc). What makes the difference is the people, and what makes great people are great organizations. When you see this kind of behavior, it is a red flag that something bigger is going on behind the scenes. My final call to Kitchenaid customer service today was to make sure I gave them every opportunity to show that they stand behind their product and you see the result. Again, I hope you can learn from my experience and choose a company that will serve you well.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Operational Details Matter It's a very handsome unit and has well-thought-out space design. However, just a few days ago, we noticed that ice crystals started forming in the freezer compartment. We had to call for service and it ended up that the door seal was not adhering properly. Our last freezer had a similar ongoing problem with the door seal. For this much money, I can't figure out why this is a problem on an otherwise good unit. We are keeping our fingers crossed that this problem is behind us. It is very frustrating for this to happen when we've only owned it for just a little over a month!

Rated 4 de 5 de par I love this refrigerator. I got this in print shield, but be aware that it doesn't completely match the other stainless steel products. This is a very sleek looking fridge. I love the layout inside and the LED lights. The door shelves are see through, which is a big improvement. A lot of people have said they don't like the ice machine as it takes up too much room. I prefer this design. It's easier to take the ice unit out and it's easier to see what's in the freezer with the layout. I also love the door handles!!! No hand or finger prints. I had my other KitchenAid refrigerator that was this model/style for 22 years. I've had this one for about a month. Lots of improvements. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 de 5 de par Quality problems Bought to replace my Viking 48 inch side-by-side. First Kitchenaid fridge which was installed just got hotter and was obviously defective. This was replaced by my dealer a week later and within 2 days, a part broke in the hinge resulting in loss of the light in the freezer. Has Kitchenaid stopped all quality control of their fridges? Nice fridge when it is working properly but I am still waiting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 de 5 de par Please with new KitchenAid Refrigerator When I purchased this refrigerator the sales me told me to expect it to take longer than the date promised, but it was delivered on time. I had to have a separate company do the installation, which was a bit disappointing after paying so much for the unit, but other than that the process went fine. I only had the refrigerator for two weeks, but so far so good. My family loves the dated features. We had an order model (1998) of the same built-in with custom panel, but decided to go with the brushed stainless finish which give the entire kitchen an updated look. I just hope this one last as long my old KitchenAid
