Rated 1 de 5 de Fpatters par HORRIBLE PRODUCT! do not buy this product! we purchased this refrigerator in october 2020. it stopped working in december. we had our first service call in february only to be told to dump out the ice every 2 to 3 days. that is absolutely absurd! it went out again in march. we had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. had another service in march to be told that multiple items needed to be replaced, but no one in my area could fix it. we have third service scheduled to see if they can fix it. so hundreds of dollars, lost time, and loss pto later...i still can't go buy groceries. i hope samsung is prepared to reimburse us for having to eat out all the time and for the groceries we had to waste! i want my money back!

Rated 1 de 5 de Jordan par We have had this for 2 days.... 2 days!!!!! first day everything was just fine cooling properly. woke up the next morning and had maybe 15 pieces of ice... and this morning the bottom freezer is not making ice and all of my food in the freezer is thawed out. its chill in the freezer but it is not keeping m food frozen. i lowered the temperature to -4 but it still feels the same! also having issues with our bran new samsung dishwasher we got 2 days ago. installed it (properly) but it will not come on! definitely disappointed in samsung right now. i spent almost 6k on refrigerator, dishwasher and range and only thing working properly is the range...which i use the lease!

Rated 1 de 5 de Kat38 par Worst fridge ever the size is not standard its bigger than other same models i purchased from home depot and they were unable to put in the place , so they did not install it completely they just put it somewhere in my dining room i had to spend $400 to cut cabinet and fix height i had to spend $275 to install water to fridge still there’s no enough space around fridge because of the width my stuffs inside fridge are freezing manual says press fridge button to change temperature but its not working also i bought this piece of garbage $2450 before tax on feb and now its $400 cheaper! there’s no customer service , no back ups! dont buy it!

I called Samsung and they assured me someone would be scheduled to make the repairs ASAP. On Oct 1, I realized the refrigerator is not cooling at all. The soonest they can get someone to my house is Oct 7. So, the refrigerator is two weeks old, no longer works and it will be a week before anyone can actually look at the unit. This will be the last Samsung product I purchase.

Rated 1 de 5 de medhatter par Design Flaw when the water filter requires replacing, the water supply must be turned off. my previous fridge had a switch in the ice maker to shut off the water so filter changes were easy. samsung doesn't have a shut off inside the fridge, and suggests moving the 295 lb fridge out so you can shut the valve at the back of the fridge. those fridges don't move easily. my fridge is on the wall opposite the sink, so a shut off under the sink isn't possible. the remaining option is to shut off the house supply each time the filter needs changing, which is far more hassle than if a valve was included inside the fridge. my 20 year old fridge had one that performed flawlessly and i can't understand samsung's thinking of locating the water shut valve at the back rather than inside.

Rated 1 de 5 de David par Terrible product buying a samsung refrigerator was a horrible purchase decision. it immediately began making all sorts of popping and banging noises. they said this was “normal”. then came buzzing sounds, panel flashing and finally stopped working. currently waiting on “parts” and have no refriegrator for my family! less than 6 months, and the fridge is broken. also, the pitcher that fills up is defective in design and leaks everywhere when you pour it. This is a zero star purchase. Buyer beware

Rated 1 de 5 de dory par Don't purchase i hate this refrigerator. i probably say out loud i hate this fridge at least 5 times a week. the shelves do not allow for tall items. i have to put the milk in the door and if i have jugs or pitchers there is no place to put them. if i remove a shelf for a large item, then i loose out on all that shelf space. in addition, my water and ice dispenser will just turn off on their own. and then i am without ice for who knows how long. i can't figure out how to get the ice back on. this was a rapid purchase because my fridge broke during lockdown and when i went to buy a new one, i had to buy what was available. fridges were on back order for 6 weeks. i should have bought a cooler and waited.

Rated 1 de 5 de Bec5 par Don't [email protected]@@ this looks like a great fridge, beautiful stainless steel. but when you wake up to curdled milk because the twin panel in the back has froze over, you lose an entire fridge full of food it is not worth it! it happens every few months you'll notice it gets a really loud noise because the fan is trying to cool but it is frozen. do yourself a favor and just don't buy this fridge.
