I did originally purchase it for two reasons, one to clean the carpet on our stairs and two to clean our couches. It worked great on the stairs even without the stair tool being as my model did not come with that product. It did not work as great on the couches. The couch cushions have covers that come off anyways so I purchased to be able to clean the backs and the arms of the couch. It did not do a great job on those areas in my opinion. For the price though it is worth it just to have for the stairs. Especially with a dog who every time he vomits chooses the carpeted stairs landing as the ideal place lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty decent but the heating element seems a little weak, needs an option to just heat w/o running the vacuum so you're not stuck listening to it while it warms. Would have been nice if it came w/a small separate brush for tight spaces. Suction could be a little better but overall not bad. The hose needs to be an inch longer, it's a stretch to get the head to wrap around and mount in it's holder. Did a pretty good job, although required a bunch of passes, cleaning old dirty seats in an old project car. I legit thought they were gray for the last 2.5 yrs I've owned it...

Honestly I wanted to love this product so much, my parents used to have one and it worked so amazing, my girlfriend also has one and cleans her couch routinely with it. Fast forward to me buying my own... I've now only used it 3 times, each time it ends in frustration and disappointment. -the suction is absolutely aweful -it leaks water like CRAZY - the part where the hose attaches right to the machine leaks so much, this may explain the loss of suction as well. Overall super disappointing for me - I feel like mine is defective, because the reviews look great overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product to do stop cleaning on my carpet and the interior of my car. It works SO well. I had an issue with residue staying in the carpet fibers after trying to remove stains, which was attracting dirt. Using the Little Green Machine I was able to suck up all the residue, dirt and remaining stain from the carpet. It is also great to use on car seats and carpeted interior. Such a handy little tool! I am a dog mom who rents and so keeping the carpet clean is a major priority. Little green has been a life saver. Highly recommend.

After a phone call with the customer service department, they agreed to ship me a replacement. I hadn't received an update on my replacement in a week. When I emailed Bissell to find out the status, William quickly emailed me back with a status update, tracking, and most importantly, empathy. It was great to get speedy service, but what really stuck out was the personalized care. Most big companies have gone automated, and I much prefer to work with companies with real people, serving real people. William was extremely pleasant and helpful and because of my experience, I will be more inclined to buy Bissell products in the future.

I just had a baby and my dog is peeing all over the carpet and this really helped me to clean the pee off of the carpet. However, as I use it, liquids leak out from the hose getting pee/chemicals all over my hands. The clip for the hose handle is too big and won't hold any part of the hose/head. And just today I tried to clean a pee spot on the carpet with my baby beside me in the living room and the thing sparked and almost caught on fire. Filled the room with electrical smoke. MY BABY WAS RIGHT BESIDE ME. Something could have happened and I am extremely not happy about this.

I purchased the pro-heat little green machine because I knew as a mom of two young boys, I'd eventually encounter a disaster that needed serious elbow grease. That day was today! My little guy had an accident on our carpet involving a smoothie... doh! I thought I'd be using the little green machine for over an hour as it was quite a mess. Surprisingly, an area of about 3 feet by 2 feet had both big and small, arbitrary splatter marks of smoothie, and it took me all of 15 minutes to get the machine ready and clean the carpet until the mess was fully removed. I'm so grateful and so is my carpet!!

Borrowed this new cleaner from my daughter Was really looking forward to getting the job done. Very surprised and disappointed steam/liquid not hot???? Also dirty liquid not draining back into canister but onto floor. I searched your reviews and found someone else had this problem but i could not pull up your response or how to fix....please direct me...why should I have to be bothered with a part that was not screwed in properly....just really disappointed in this product
