Caractéristiques

La souffleuse Briggs & Stratton possède une largeur de travail de 24 po (60,96 cm) et une hauteur d'admission de 20 po (50,8 cm) pour enlever la neige des trottoirs et autres surfaces extérieures. Le moteur Briggs & Stratton 950 Snow Series(MC) de 208 cm³ est spécialement conçu pour démarrer fort (jusqu'à 20° en dessous de zéro) et fournir la puissance nécessaire pour déneiger. Il comprend des commandes surdimensionnées pour un fonctionnement adapté aux moufles

This year the snow blower wont start. I put some fuel stabilizer in at the end of last winter. I added gas this year and it wont start. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I had same issue put stabilizer for the first time in three years I've owned thing wouldn't start this year so I drained all the gas put fresh gas started right up. I've replaced the shear pin twice other then that great machine.

Rated 1 de 5 de Anoop par Bad snow blower I would not recommend these snow blowers to anyone. I bought this model last year to replace my 15 year old snowblower that work flawlessly. At the outset, this blower gave me a hard time last year as it’s shear pin kept breaking every time I used the blower. Now this year, another problem surfaced - the lever to changes forward speeds and bring the machine in reverse has jammed and does not move. Last year, I called the customer service in USA, they were nice to talk to but did not offer any meaningful help. Essentially, I am stuck with a bad piece of machine which has costed my lot of money and is not reliable.

At the end of the second season the auger belt was slipping effectively reducing the snow moving ability of the machine to zero. I over adjusted (and now broke) the auger cable. When the parts arrive, I expect that the machine will be as good as new. The parts are fairly expensive at over $50 each for the belt and the cable. The earlier review suggesting an early service to make sure pullys are working properly is highly recommended. Glad to have bought the machine on sale

I never write reviews but I hummed and hawed over power vs size and space to store this machine. Normal snow this unit blows and throws great. Just came in after doing piles of slush at the bottom of the driveway left over from the city plow this winter 2020. You get extra shear pins in the box if you get too aggressive but machine cut through without any problems. Sure it doesn’t throw crazy far, but it didn’t stall. I use premium ethanol free gas, and changed the oil as directed after first 10 hours. Saved my back which sure couldn’thave handled the load.

Rated 3 de 5 de OMG THIS SNOW BLOWER par Buyer beware I purchased this product because of the name, I think this may of been a huge mistake. I use this snow blower on a small driveway and maybe used it 3hrs. First the check ball in the grease nipple for the auger had fallen out, then fuel started to leak from the fuel shut off valve and now the metal "s" attachment for the shoot adjuster has broken off. I have owned this snow blower for 5 months and its not that easy to just lift it up and put in the back of my vehicle and bring it to a repair facility.

After having the last several years of shoveling 3 - 5 times per day to try and stay ahead of this we decided it was time for a snowblower. Did some research and found that a 2 stage was what was needed ( has metal impeller and auger vs the single stage has rubber). We finally have had two good dumps of snow ( 10 - 14 inches each time) Had to adjust the traction control slightly but this machine handled it very well. Just take time and let it perform. Starts with one pull every time. Throws the snow a good distance when needed.

I only buy blowers with Briggs and Stratton engines just like my old one. As I assembled this machine I made shure it was lubricated as per manual, as everything was dry out of the box.I would recommend using premium fuel with stabilizer from day one, it saves a lot of trouble later. The machine looks well made, cogged drive belt will prevent slipping. Clutch looks ok but drive gears are not what I expected so they will have to be kept well lubricated to prevent wear, and keep cables oiled. I am going to repair my old blower and use this one as a back up machine, they don’t make them to last forever.

Rated 1 de 5 de drtgreatyr09 par Please do not buy it Bought this product 3-4 months ago (late November or early December 2017) and used it only 3-4 times. problems: 1- does not clean the snow as other snow blowers do. still leave at least 1-2 cm snow on the driveway. 2- any thick snow, you have to push it 3-4 times to get the snow out. 3- use 3-4 times probably this 2017-2018 season and today noticed that one of its blade/ agar is not engaging with the gear and not cleaning the snow. What is the benefit of such product. If there was an option of 0, I would have chosen 0. If you have extra money that you don't need, please donate it to some charity, at least you will get some reward.... don't waste your money... because in the end you will get nothing out of it other than frustration.

My experience has been quite different and I wanted to make sure, people don't pass on this bargain of a machine without hear some good comments as well. It is not uncommon to see this snowblower on sale with an additional discount (at Lowe’s) resulting in one of the cheapest 2 stage but brand name engine snowblower on the market. I have had it for a year now and it works exactly as expected. Electric start, good power, grippy tires, easy controls, good on gas, no issues with it. I am a new snowblower user and having researched these machine first I found that user error is a common problem. Ice in the auger, gumming in carbonators, loose belts are very common issues and the result of improper maintenance; this may be the source of the poor reviews. If you are a looking at a low cost point machine that is still very capable I would recommend this model.
