Plastic simulated wood grainmisleading. The "natural" is not wood at all it is cheap plastic. I have an Umbra frame on my wall that I thought this matched. Only mine is wood and thesis Plastic with a capitol "P"

Great frame!I got the black frame so I could put up a print! It's pretty sturdy but the way that it's set up you can only hang it as a portrait, not as a landscape. Not sure if that's just my product though. I put up an 8.5 × 11 inch picture and it looks as if it's floating withing the frame, just in case that's the aesthetic you were going for.

Nice frame[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frame looks great and is really easy to put together. It has two pieces of glass and the artwork is sandwiched in between making it look like it's floating. The frame is also pretty lightweight for its size. It's definitely for flat prints and things you don't want to use a mat with. There is hanging hardware attached so you can use it vertically or horizontally. It has a very clean, modern look to it.

Sleek and modern[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great document frame I chose to display my college diploma in. Has a very sleek and modern design that goes along great with any decor. The glass is thick and durable and the backing is extremely easy to open with the included pull tabs. Various hanging options are also an added bonus. Very satisfied this this frame.

perfect for a sketch[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a sketch recently and wanted something modern yet classic enough to fit with my farmhouse decor. The frame with the wood style worked perfectly for my needs and it was really easy to open and get my sketch in there and closed up again. I would recommend this. It also came quickly and undamaged.

Nice frames, good customer service, bad shipping!I bought 6 frames 2 months ago. The frames look very good ans are easy to install. The problem I had was that half of them were broken in the transport! I emailed the company and they automatically sent me another 3. Then again, they arrived in a box that had been really mistreated, and were broken. I contacted the company again, and they sent me another box with no problem. The third time was the good one! So I can say the customer service was excellent, but the shipping (by ups) was far from perfect.
