Caractéristiques

Le ventilateur à sortie directe 290 pi³/min de Broan® filtre votre air tout en ayant un beau style. Ce ventilateur peut être utilisé dans des pièces allant jusqu'à 240 pi² et aide à éliminer l'humidité, la fumée et la vapeur de cuisson. Rated 5 de 5 de joelugar par Good retrofit I ordered this online, hoping it would replace an existing exhaust fan at least 50 years old. It fit perfectly, and only took me a couple of hours to do it inside and out - and I am a rookie at this. It appears to be well built and looks good.

Rated 4 de 5 de jilma par not your traditional bathroom fan For the past year I have been struggling with what should have been a simple fix. I bought an old house. The bathroom needed a fan. Had one installed and that should have been the end. However no bathroom fan (even if it was considered too many CFM's for the square footage) worked. I finally got frustrated and asked the electrician to try this (my third attempt at a fix). He warned me it would be loud (oh it is) but so far the only - i repeat - only thing that can handle my hot steamy showers. Before the water literally ran down my freshly painted walls. Now, there is still moisture IN the shower part, but not outside the shower. The loudness is my biggest negative, but only because it also makes a rattling sound. Loud white noise i can handle. Not sure if this will be my permanent solution to the problem, but so far the only fan that has worked.

Our stove is on an inside wall and couldn't be vented outside with a regular hood. This installed easily in an afternoon and works quietly and efficiently to exhaust cooking smells. We are very pleased with this purchase. It was well worth the cost. My only suggestion would be to make the exterior portion of the vent white instead of black. The vast majority of people have white siding or white trim on their house. It would give a nicer finished look if it was white.

Rated 2 de 5 de Mark62 par OK Fan if you're handy and own a bench vise Out of the box, the fan blades were rubbing against the inside housing. The motor bracket was 1/8" too short and was pulling in the housing sides. Pretty easy fix to remove the bracket and bend it out with bench vise, but come on. Other than that, easy to install and pulls a lot of air with as much noise as you would expect.

Saw a vintage chrome one in a 50's ranch open house and loved the look over modern hood type exhausts. Bonus for us is we heat with wood, so this fan does double duty quickly removing smoke escaped from the wood stove.

I installed it in our 10x15 bathroom to exhaust the shower humitty. This fan really does a great job for only runiing 20 minuites using the Broan-NuTone® Sensaire™ Humidity Sensing Wall Control.

Still clears the bathroom very quickly with it very powerful fan for only running 20 minutes using the NuTone wall unit as described in our previous posting here.
