Rated 1 out of 5 by Bill70 from Disappointed in this product I received this grill today and it has three broken components right out of the box. 1. The male prog connector on the side burner is broken off up to the ceramic insulator. The ignitor wire is not able to be connected. 2. The gas regulator value leaks badly. It's not the tank. 3. The right side main burner knob is not wired in at all! Just bare wire hanging off the baxkside of the knob. All other burner knobs look fine. Very disappointed. I paid the premium price to get a made in America/Canada product because I thought I'd avoid shotty craftsmanship. These are all things that should have easily been caught by quality control. One thing is a mistake. Three things suggest a lack of pride in work and product.

My first attempt at grilling a steak was nothing short of fantastic! It doesn't matter what I grill on this beast, it just turns out perfect. There are no cold or hot spots like my old bbq. The temperature I grill steaks at is 500F and it holds the temp at 1/4 of the the range so I save on propane too. Best grill and last one I'll ever need or want. Glad my son talked me into buying it.

Went in for this beauty and it has been a delight to use - works fantastically! Have done several cooks on this grill - from ease of operation, quality of grill grates, rotisserie operation. This is the absolute best. Recently had an issue with my ignitor - their customer service is INCREDIBLE! In a few days I had replacement parts shipped. Definitely a customer and ambassador for Broil King

Rated 5 out of 5 by fasttruck from Great Grill Forget the SS junk that has only looks I have had this grill since around 2018 and I use it year round three times a week. It has never let me down and I have used it for everything from hot dogs to full turkeys. The key is the heavy duty thick steel grates and the thick steel shell which far exceeds anything flimsy stainless steel can provide. I purchased it to replace my broil King imperial grill that I owned for 18 years prior.

It is not quality, very thin metal bends when bbq is moved. The doors will not open when the BBQ is not totally level. The door pop off when its not perfectly level. My guess is the bbq burner unit is way too heavy for the thin metal base.

I use my cast iron cookware to bake bread, and cakes, slow cook roasts or rib. Flame broil burgers, steaks, it's endless, I cam use this in replacement of my oven! Side burner great for past or vevetables!

We used to have a very large BBQ but he wanted something a bit smaller. This does the job that he wanted. He loves it, it's easy to use, easy to keep clean and does what it needs to do for anybody!
